Well shit, I honestly didn’t know this and as someone who has an job where things can get extremely dangerous very fast and the only way to protect myself without getting fired is pepper spray I just found out now I can’t even pull it out if feeling unsafe or I’ll be in legal trouble. And yes my company will fire me if I pull it out early, no doubt in my mind. One of my coworkers nearly got stabbed and they fired him for pushing the client to the ground.

Legal and Lawful mean two different things. I have a Lawful right to defend myself, using any means necessary. In Massachusetts, you can't even OWN peper spray without a license. My response? I went online and ordered the strongest spray that I could find, in the biggest can (16 ounces). It's used by law enforcement and military for croud control. The company wouldn't send it to my address (because I'm in Massachusetts) so I sent it to a friend (in a different State), and had the friend send it to me. As far as a license is concerned? The Constitution is my license. I have a right to defend myself against criminals, and that includes the criminals who refer to themselves as "Law enforcement". If I ever have to use it, I won't be found on the scene when the "Law enforcement" arrives to defend the rights of the criminal. This world is sick. Everything is backwards. It's time to revolt.
