No. In the recent manga it is told that Boruto uses his pure skills instead of his karam. He can't control his karam. Even without his karama he can use Flying rj, rasengan, chidori (probably, as he also has light style) and Rasengan Uzuhiko which is a shin jujutsu which is the first time we are shown in the anime . Remember he's all done in his base form. Not using his karam or jogan eye. If he used or mastered them he would become the strongest or 2nd strongest

Are u high ? Nagato is definitely Uzumaki. Tsunade was never refered to as Tsunade Senju and we know she is a Senju and of course part Uzumaki. Nagato's mom was Uzumaki meaning he was half Uzumaki just like Naruto.
