Sir, i have case of breach of contract of employment bond in company, company told me that whole amount of legal expenses will get covered by me if the case goes in court. I think they are saying like this just to threaten us. Legal expenses are to bear both parties of their own.

However, as I am already under the 30% tax slab( old regime). I want to reduce my tax liability under that company. You can continue with sole proprietirship.. but as he mention you will be required to avail loans then you can go for opc. But in my opinion, you should go for opc for the time being.....name will help you get clients in ur consulting n all other business...
