Todd tries to find out if making a smash burger at home on the iconic Weber Kettle charcoal grill is any better. He does this smashburger recipe with onions almost like Goldburger in Los Angeles. Using a cast iron skillet and griddle pan to press it down just right, it comes out awesome, especially with the American cheese he used.
