I put a layer of bacon on one of the slotted trays then take another slotted tray and put it right on top of the bacon to make a cage and then put it on the center rack and slide it under the rotisserie nubs and cook for 9-10 minutes at 380° and comes out perfect for me.

I haven't eaten a Pop Tart in ages. I'll have to put cherry pop tarts on the shopping list. I have the large Cosori toaster oven and LOVE it. Its main uses are: sourdough toast, homemade focaccia in a 9x13 pan, proofing dough, baking muffins, reheating a croissant and roasting vegetables.

It only toasts on one side. You have to flip the bread to toast other side.

It looked that way in the video, and I considered having to do that but the bottom was pretty crunchy, so I just let it be. A flip would be better if ya like a little more color on it for sure though.
