Such straightforward, wise, advice Cherelle! Thank you. I had a brain scan 18 months ago as I have balance problems, nausea, dizziness, jelly legs following lots of family problems. It was all clear but I am still worried that a tumour is lurking somewhere! I keep telling myself that I'm still here and functioning, so it must be anxiety! The problem is that 3 friends have died of brain tumours in the past few years... So now I will just sit with the symptoms and get back to being the person I used to be!

Hi Cherelle, just want to say thanks for the videos, they’re always really helpful for me. I finally decided to get therapy this year and it’s very valuable. One thing we’ve unpicked is that I fundamentally distrust my body. I do not trust that my body will not screw me over. It’s almost like I’m waiting for my body to ruin the life I’ve built. I am trying to sit with uncertainty more. But another thing is healing my relationship with my body and somehow, trying to work to trust it again. My therapist did note that I feel very separate from my body, I talk about it like it’s a car that I’m driving which is true, I wondered if that would resonate with your audience too. Many best wishes x

Health Anxiety came for me about a year ago. I was debilitated and obsessed with needing confirmation. Specifically, i had 2 episodes of anxiety over a pregnancy scare and then months later thinking I had tetanus.... Unfortunately, last fall I started having symptoms of MS and have been on the diagnosis limbo land for the past 7 months. What started as anxiety turned into actually probably having it...based on my MRIs and symptoms. All this to say is that...my usual need for confirmation when I have an episode hasn't had a chance to quit bc I'm still seeing doctors and getting tests and thus still in fight or flight all this time....

I agree with everything you've said in this video. I am new to your channel. I watched some of your other videos and you mentioned that you have read many self-help books and changed your diet and exercise, and that you do yoga, but you mentioned you surrendered yourself over to these thoughts. I will say that's great that you've changed some things in your life and that you feel better, but have you surrendered to Jesus? I know it may sound weird or funny, but He is the way, the truth and the life. I know anxiety because I have it. But I know that without Jesus, I can do nothing. Everything we do here is spiritual, including yoga. I just want to say I am not bashing you or anyone here in any way. But be mindful of the things you do/practice. What we do here on earth can open doorways to demons to come in us. Sin is ugly and God hates sin. He does not hate us though, for when He sent His son to die for us on the cross, we are pardoned for our sins through Jesus' blood and given the opportunity to live forever in His heavenly kingdom. We must believe in Jesus and what He did for us, but also to put faith in Him. He died a horrendous death. If you feel any conviction of something you are doing, that's the Holy Spirit tugging at you. I will pray for you and hope that you are getting better. Also, I am not religious at all. It's about a relationship with Jesus ✝🙏 I'm just a nobody getting on here and sharing what I know to you and everyone here. Let me just say this: We put faith in other people, doctors, lawyers, retail workers, even our families, husband/wife because we expect them to know what to do and what to say. But what happens when they don't? What happens when they let us down? We get upset and then we realize that we can't trust them 100% of the time. Only Jesus can we trust because He is the same yesterday, today and forever, amen. People are put here to perform specific tasks, this I understand, but I implore you to surrender to Jesus. I love you and everyone here, and may the Lord bless you and everyone. Take care ☺
