@@d2ds17 Im telling the truth. TRT Vitor was scheduled to fight Chris Weidman for the MW title at UFC 175 but was taken off for using TRT and had to hop off. That was in July 2014. Lyoto Machida stepped in on short notice for Vitor. The fight was rescheduled for UFC 181 which Vitor pulled out then rescheduled again at UFC 184 but Vitor pulled out again. Finally they met up at ufc 187 in May 2015 and Vitor looked very deflated and got smashed. USADA came into the UFC in June 2015. USADA definitely helped with Vitors downfall, but the UFC removing TRT was before USADA.

@@d2ds17 Vitors last win when he was on TRT was back in November 2013 against Dan Henderson, close to 2 years before USADA entered the UFC. Plently of fighters careers were derailed before USADA. Alistair overeem was flagged for using injectable test back at ufc 146 in 2012. He was caught by the Nevada State Athletic Commision. TJ Dillashaw was caught by the New York State Athletic Commission, not USADA. USADA is a joke, didnt clean up the sport as much as people claim it does.

Hendo was on TRT too, but it’s effects on Vitor is something else.

Lol Hendo was on and off a legal amount of TRT throughout the last fights of his career till it was banned (for example he fought Rashad fine without it, in a state that didn't allow TRT, pre-total ban)... Vitor was on copious amounts of TRT (got caught with elevated levels) and "horse meat" that changed his physique and fighting style enormously. When it was banned, Hendo went on to fight for the title and Vitor shriveled manboobs sagged and he got repeatedly KO'd. Saying they were "both on trt" is a huge disservice to the facts

@darrenmcdonald6182 Trt was banned feb 2014. Off TRT at age 43, he knocked out Shogun, Tim Boetsch, Hector Lombard and fought for the belt again, almost flatlining Bisping again at age 46. During this period Hendo only decidedly lost to Cormier (who outweighed him by roughly 35lbs on fight night) Mousasi (top 5 and an early stoppage) and Vitor. Saying he was bad off TRT is a disservice to the facts, the man was in his mid 40s and had been fighting since 1997. He also fought top 5 Rashad Evans above his natural weight class to a narrow close decision loss in a state that didn't allow trt

He put out the tough as nails hendo man . This is just a testament to how special a fighter trt belfort was man. Its like the 19 yr old belfort knocking out mma legends in under a minute . Only with the experience of the career that he put himself through. And they were both on it man . This was a special time in the ufc everyone was a trt cyborg.

Dan Henderson in a career that goes back to 1997, suffered his first knockout loss here, now Vitor was on the sauce, but so was Henderson for TRT. The uppercut literally lifts Henderson up off his feet. In his entire career, he suffered 3 (TKO) losses, none were he out cold. Two from a steroid junky, and once by Gegard Mousasi.

That wasn’t TRT Belfort against Jones. Also, Jon’s biggest weakness in his MMA game are submissions and although Belfort is no Maia when it comes to his submissions, he had almost 20 years of BJJ experience with top level guys when he faced Jones, so almost catching Jon in a submission wouldn’t have been a shocker.
