Without the 10 + 10 O&P which is a buffer some restoration jobs aren't worth it !

I have Allstate claim for water damage to a basement and they claim to not pay O&P? Is this true or are is my agent full of ish 💩?

if you use a contractor they are obligated in most states to pay O &P. It could be your state doesn't allow OP?? Not every state protects homeowners for O & P
