Hahah well.... my mother is from Finland. And there is a lot of humor for sure. Men are very naturally funny, deadpan and witty. But it is generally not a “hahaha” sort of humor.

In case you didn't know, that whole stuttering and acting silly is part of his routine :) He's done it ever since doing stand up here in Finland. Sounds even more stupid in english but it works hahaha. I enjoy his stuff more in english for some reason!

You can read from his body language that he is shy. And that is amazing that he can still perform. If i was in that stage, i propably would just pass out.

Vittu Saatana Perkele are the only three words in Finnish I know. I shared an apartment with a Finnish guy during my Erasmus project years ago and he was saying them every time he did something wrong. Spilling beer on the table? Vittu Saatana! He used them so much that I started using them too. And I taught him how to swear in Italian in exchange. That's why they do Erasmus, don't they? Cultural exchange. Ah good old memories...

I thought he was like this, being himself. I saw an earlier video where he sounded serious, which makes me think the stage made him too shy to be his free self, and that to improve his performance he had to embrace his awkwardness. Is it really a character he performs?
