In this video, Michelle shows you her Top 3 Isometric Finger and Hand Strengthening Exercises. In this follow along video, you'll learn how to increase your hand strength by applying your own muscle resistance by using isometric contractions. This hand strengthening workout is great if you are looking for finger strength exercises for climbing, hand strength exercises for gaming, finger exercises to enhance your guitar playing, and so much more!

Hi Mitchell.. I am from India. If I was in usa I would have definitely taken therapy from you. I have visited quite a few physiotherapist here but nobody is good enough. I had 4th metacarpal fracture near base and dislocated 5th metacarpal in left hand. After recovery, I found your channel and I am regaining ROM with the help of your videos. I can't thank you enough. You are doing a very great job, ma'am. But I am still not able to regain my ulnar deviation, it's been two months into doing stretches mentioned in your videos. Pls help me with some video links to improve my ulnar deviation.

Madam my right fifth matacarpal base was fractured 2 months ago. Orthopaedic surgeon said no surgery required, conservative management will do. I am a male nurse. Having no right hand is difficult mentally and professionally as well. Your videos have been so helpful for me in recovery and all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have joined my duties as well. Some stiffness is still there. And I'm following your exercise with great care. 🙏🏽

Definitely sharing your channel with anyone who could remotely use it. After years of needling and various other treatments with more than one physio, I am getting more insights here. May help me in finding the right treatments and/or practitioners for my excessively numerous hand issues

These all feel great to do, I'm looking to strengthen my fingers, forearms, and shoulders over time to help prevent injury and pain from playing fighting games with an Arcade Stick layout. I'll check back in after a few weeks to respond with how it's helped

Rabbi Friedman said that working the hands will free the mind with negative emotions, hence I want to make sure my hands are strong and healthy so I can use them a lot and often. Thank you very much for posting these hand exercises, I instantly felt my hands had more life after following your instructions :) I will do more of your hand care exercises later!

I have MS and the strength in my right hand is not as good as I'd like it to be. I've been spending a lot of time with this video and others and I'm already feeling improvement now that I'm doing them correctly.

Hello.i very recently (8 wks ago)split digital nerve(thumb) in 2 on the median side.successfully reattached both nerve ends(5 wks ago).wud some of these exercises help with restoring movement in thumb?and at wat stage post op shud i statt proper physio?at min can only bring thumb as far as 1st finger but cant turn it and full sensation nt bk.tanx
