I've been asked so many time for this so here it is, an isopod room tour (part 2) - This is me just taking down my isopods one-by-one and talking about the species and their requirements plus a lot of waffle. Enjoy.

Great video simon, im liking the moo cows, mind you, like the dairy cows too, that speckled yellow was gorgeous i have to admit. I getting sold on isopods most definitely now lol 👍🏻

My pandas love burying on the moist side. I keep mine quite damp, and they love it

I'm really not keen on them to be honest. They hide too much for my liking and they're quite a small species.

I can't remember where I got my first lot of them. I think it was another vendor friend that sent me some for some reason or other lol I wouldn't stock them if I hadn't got them free 😂

OH! Claus, I watch all his videos. Nice guy. He has a lot of different mantis and jumpers but he pretty much is going the short video route which doesn't always work out. I hope he does great though!

Good stuff simon. As i mentioned in our email convo, i seem to be the only person referring to them as "Porcellio sp. scaber tunisia pied" as they are a pied version of porcellio sp. scaber tunisia (isolated by mark titterton of isopods online). Most people will call them "dairy cow" or "moo cow" but i refuse to as it leads people to confuse them with the laevis dairy cow, which is understandable as they look very similar to the untrained eye. All the more reason to abolish common names if you ask me!

Ha i like the moo cows and the flavomargi dudes.. and the magic potions have acceptable yellows! Always whining about the weather though.. not enough sun, too much sun.. make up your mind dude. Great video, love your commentary 😉 And congrats with reaching 1k 🥳
