Hi I have a Samsung double door refrigerator. It stopped cooling ,so we got a brand new compresor installed and it still not cooling at all. It just stays an 80+.

Yes, we have a 2012 Sam Samsung side-by-side refrigerator and it has just we were wiping it down and making it shine and I accidentally pushed washed rubbed the buttons on the front of the refrigerator and it put it into the showroom mode and I need to know how to get it out of the showroom mode and put it back intoworking beautifully mode.

After resting everything how long does it take for the freezer to start freezing?

It should start right away but will take 24 hours to fully freeze

On my Samsung is the second time I replace the Temp Sensor....but this time the fridge still at 62 degrees after 20 hours. Freezer is fine -2 degrees, all the functions works, no fault code. Any ideas??

Fan in refrigerator side is bound, broken, or has no power. Take panel off and verify fan spins when energized. Freezer and Refrigeration runs from same compressor so fan is your issue.

Hello! Mine has had this issue prior. It said 88 88. I tinkered with it holding the top two buttons and prior to that, unplugging. It stated I needed to leave the doors closed for a few hours. Was it the reset, top two buttons or turning it off that was the fix. It was hard to tell last time. Thank you!

help. my samsung cool n cool model SR-S22FTC display both freezer and refrigerator stuck at 15°C and so is the temp inside. i have tried to press both top left (quick feeeze) and top right (vacation) button for 8 seconds, then all the lights were blinking. 1. after blinking then the display went off. before it lights up again and still showing 15°C both, 2. for second attempt, when blinking, i pressed the bottom right button (refrigerator temperature) and the display shows symbols i'm not sure what it is. but nothing changed when i tried to lower the temperature. please help, what should i do then? thank you.

My freezer works perfectly but my refrigerator will not go lower than 57 degrees. Any ideas how to fix ?

Take the panel off the back and clean the coils. They are probably filthy from the dirt and dust that get sucked in and stuck on them. Give them a brush and blow some air in there or use a vacuum. If that doesn't help check your seals on the door and clean
