Maybe, maybe not - Cardiff fan here he took Cardiff from relegation in championship a few years ago to the following season promotion to the Premier, team was nothing special loved long ball and a chairman who didn't back him with bang average players e.g Kenneth Zohore check him out now absolute shocking, you either buy into his methods or you don't! But his recent jumping job to job is strange. P.S best football we seen down the Diff in years in terms of results and atmosphere since the Ninian Park days!

It’s a very competitive league. The old firm toe to toe and then everyone else scrabbling around for survival. This Aberdeen defence is too easy to penetrate in league matches. Warnock knows they need a massive clear out in the summer.

wow.... just wow.... he gave an interview, he has already answered all the things speculated on here..... neil also said had full backing of the board an would have loved to had a couple of windows with the kind of backing at the club. proper journalists would have known these things that happened a few day ago and not just made up nonsense. also lennon not in running for the job, worse than the glasgow press for pushing glasgow into every story :D :D he did the best thing for the club going forward. has found the faults, told them and is giving them time to get us into shape for next season. thanks neil, and all the best to you

So Aberdeen get rid of a manager who had the team in Europe 8 seasons on the bounce whom they decided to part company with then hire Glass, then try Goodwin, then appoint Robson?? I think someone or the board collectively ought to look at themselves and admit, "what a mess we have made of a once proud football club". Clearly that is what has happened and things are a proper mess, forget beating Killie in the cup, Aberdeen are in the proverbial! How would they now attract a credible manager to the once mighty Pittodrie Stadium?

Like with Hodgson Warnock has proven there is shelf life on managers and not just players - his comments indicate the distress which comes with the job are for younger men. There is a poignancy the insatiable need to be involved in the game of football near enough at all personal costs. Jordan and Souness were respectful of the man like with Hodgson.

I like Warnock, but the guys 75 yrs old and walked into a mess at Aberdeen. Was never gonna be the long term solution to get them where they used to be.
