Basically no winner for those seasons rather than awarding titles to second place teams as that would mean everything from prize money to relegation for those seasons would need to be looked at. Better to just say there was no winner. As for points deductions, City might just be straight up kicked out of the league if found guilty on all or even most charges. They would then need to apply to enter the Football League, probably down in League 2.

Money won't talk here. It's the Premier League itself that's bringing the charges and while the league is owned by the clubs, it operates independently of them, especially for scenarios like this. No amount of money will save City if they're found guilty and they could end up being kicked out of the league entirely.

With Man C they allegedly broke the same rules but then have multiple convoluted accounts through which they may have hidden losses through connected companies, contracted out players/employees through other companies to potentially keep expenses off their own books and seemingly inflated sponsorships beyond the market norm for a club of its stature at the time through connected parties which is not allowed but harder to evidence when both parties to the contract are said to refuse to hand over the information where as Everton's accounts are a matter of public record. Coupled with the fact the Man C lawyers already had the UEFA charges dismissed then the PL need to tread very carefully or they will simply lose and Man C will face no sanction at all if the allegations are proved. But yeh, Everton broke less rules ergo easier to prove the case against them.

Yup sigurdson was a lemon + rising interest rates + stadium construction delays balooned the interest payments. Everton actually sold Richalrison Gordon and Keane for more than 100 mil last season and bought nothing to replace them with.

The league operates independently of the clubs when it comes to upholding the rules of the league. No club has more say than any other and if clubs want to change the rules I believe they need 13 clubs to agree. So the big money clubs don't have undue influence, which is why they tried the whole "Big Picture" thing a few years back and the Super League, due to not having more power in the Premier League.
