Men wearing top hats ride on horse back on cobbled street. People are watching from the side of the road. The horses, which are decorated with brasses and ribbons look more like working horses than ones for riding. As the procession goes round the building people sing hymns. The procession continues. Two of the riders carry banners. The town of Bautzen is visible in the background.
Intertitle reads: " ... and here in England - as in Saxon days at Hocktide - 'Tutti' men of Hungerford, claim a kiss or a penny from every girl!"

Group of men standing in front of shop window. Man in middle explains that they are exercising a right handed down from John O' Gaunt. Two men walk down a street holding flower topped polls. They are accompanied by a large gaggle of children. They stop outside a door and give a knock. A woman opens the door and gives one of the men a kiss, the other man goes into the house. He returns with another woman who kisses him. Group of nurses chased by the 'Tutti' men, when one of them is caught she is kissed. The nurses are chased up iron steps into the side of their building. When they are caught they get kissed. High angled shot, men throwing something (possibly coins) to the crowd of children.
