I guess that people believe that locally grown = organically grown. Perhaps try to introduce one or two produce but brand them as "pesticide free" and see how the customers react. I'm glad that at least you could convince them to purchase more locally sourced meat (also good for the farmers) and I'm happy thatyour store has had a good start!

I have tried it. It's great but the price point won't work for our purposes unfortunate 😕. Really good though.

Best bet is to ask people already in the business. If you ask a handful of people, 1 might be willing to talk to you.
