ack, ur a better person then i am, i couldn't drink emergency like that. i put it in as little water as possible and then i chug! i'm going through a stretch of migraines right now, i'm gonna check out the hat. are you in the amazon affiliate or influencer program? i guess i'm asking if you have a link but seems like ur woulda said "hey i got a link" if you were haha maybe you shouldnt be wearing ur glasses anyway, resting the ole eyes helps headaches and migraines anyway lol have you ever looked into that ear piercing thing for migraines? i had one and it helped but i was having to do a lot of MRIs at the time and the earing kept sticking and it was so hard to get out that i left it out on the last mri.
