I don't disagree with you. I think it's not from the point of view of the business. They are more so kind of enforced to do such things. Like there are regulations on this type of product since it's a "power tool". Like for safety reasons they have to comply with such as handle has to be this way and the hose has to be a certain length for minor checks and balances like quality control when it comes to warranty. I know back than they would not warranty their products if you used this in a commercial or business setting. All in all, they make better products than most anywho

Never had an issue with a single one and I have had every one from VE51 all the way to 2.3. I go off my experience which is why I continue to buy. The 2.0 only issue I saw was the Uberflex hose is not built for its performance you have to use a wire braided hose.

My VE51 never gave me any issues, still rockin’ it.

That’s what I thought originally too but then through more research (including my own experience), I realized that Active is right in that most of the failures were user error. They’re very transparent about how many hours each machine is rated for and what accessories are compatible ( if you read the owners manual which I didn’t). I had a Simoniz (VE52) which failed within a year and less than 100 hours. I later found out that it was my 50ft flexzilla hose plus 1.11 mm foam cannon that greatly reduced the life. I called up customer service and they replaced the unit for me even though I admitted using a bigger hose and what not.

Been using my 2.0 for the last year and no issues. I use it with OG's hose and gun and love it.
