If we were to incorporate all of those features into this pump, we would need a Triplex design instead of the Axial Cam of the 2.3. If you noticed earlier they gave a stat of what each size tip would produce…NOW there spinning and saying you have to use this size or problems! WHY do the test then????

@@tony8354586 I seen test on other pressure washers with these induction motors and they have narrow useable range for nozzle sizes. If you go too large of an orifice size, performance falls flat on its face. The only thing they could do is optimize the machine for a 0.1 orifice size smaller if it’s that critical. One concern is that even nozzles of the same orifice size seem to have a manufacturing tolerance, I have a pressure gauge and get slightly different readings from the same orifice size (using different nozzles)

You can still use an aftermarket 4.5 nozzle tip. When we reach the 4.0 or below section is when we start getting too close to 15A to our liking. Whichever nozzle you use, the most important thing is to make sure you're not drawing more than 15A.

@@tony8354586 You're not forced to use the 4.6 nozzle or you'll have problems with the unit, it's our recommended size for the safest configuration. The stats chart show that 4.0 is when it starts to become unsafe with how close it is to 15A. Users are free to use the nozzles sizes they prefer as long as it doesn't go above 15A.

I have had it for four days now, the hose included I do like it, the foam cannon is absolute junk doesn't work, wand/lance I left in the box. I would agree sell bare units.

I agree with this, there is a specific shelf i want when i build my garage and the extra cage makes it larger then it needs to be and would not fit. And also agree for the accessories as already have a foam canon and cobrajet hose.

Hello, it depends on how you look at it. Even at a 4.0 nozzle the draw on our 2.3 test is under 15A, but too close for comfort. At that level its a 32% increase in Cleaning Units compared to the 2.0. The reason we didn't do a side by side comparison is because the 2.3 is not meant to compete with the 2.0, but more an extension into a more commercial space. With regards to warranty, we offer a 2 year residential and 1 year commercial warranty as does all pressure washer brands, we decided to stick to industry standards, but want to ensure that parts and instructions will be available for all customers within warranty. And any parts replacements out of warranty will be provided at a fair market price. We will continue to expand on this program to be more transparent so no customer is left in the dark when it comes to parts, service and repairs. Active Support Team.

You will always see a slight deterioration in performance when run from a gravity fed source. But that’s with any pressure washer.

It should be good, it's steel-braided and the 2.3 works well up to a 100ft hose.

I respect Matt quite a bit. However, he lives in a whole different world for standards compared to most consumers. Basically, if he says something is good, I know it's good. But if he says something is bad, I'm definitely not going to take only his word for it, because he lives in the highest of the highest class of the detail world.

Hi there. Unfortunately we've seen the Uberflex can cause surging issues. We recommend a steel-braided hose, like a Kobrajet, to use this unit.

Hi there. Apologies for the late response. It can wear down the motor after some time of continuous surging. It's best to avoid these issues to increase the lifespan of the unit and ensure you have a good detailing experience.

2 years is the standard warranty for most induction and brushless motor units. Even heavy hitters like the Kranzle, which doubles the price of the 2.3, comes with the same 2-year warranty for residential use and 1-year commercial warranty. There's a similar situation with units of the same price on the market.

Not sure why he would say that, the measured DB numbers don’t support that claim.

Wonder why Matt says it’s loud when it’s not. Normal conversation decibel is mid 70’s. This pw unit is around 80-85 decibels. Maybe Matt’s hearing is a bit sensitive?

@@Spirited282 maybe he had a smaller orifice on it during testing? I am not sure? Overall, I don’t think it is as big of a deal as some might try to make it out to be as a majority of setups will not have it where we are standing right next to it for a substantial amount of time.

@@NeemoHose-ir5ht I agree with you and will be getting the 2.3 when i can. Seen videos of the 2.0 vs 2.3 and i actually prefer the sound of the 2.3. Very surprised however how uninterested Matt seemed for the 2.3, he loves and sells the 2.0 and this one seems much better with GPM and the like and is serviceable.
