Great little project! I own a similar stick, but your magnets seem to work better. On the other hand one don't want non swarf objects to be picked up.

They are quite powerful and work great. Maybe three is a bit overkill, but I don't mind if I pick up a screwdriver or so.

@@Michel-Uphoff I took mine apart and found three slim bar magnets placed near the end of the piston. It would be easy to modify it according to your design.
