Pep plays to win, that's what he gets paid to do, he plays systemic football (fluidic) but players rarely get a chance to express themselves on the field. There is no way the team should play for one play regardless of his role, its a team sport everyone supports everyone, Erling needs space to play at his best but he also needs to improve his game play when spaces are limited (low block).. he needs to learn and the best way to learn is to keep putting him in these scenarios... with time he is bound to improve... He is just 23, but the level of criticism he gets is unbelievable. Everyone who isn't the coach wants him to play different from how the coach wants him to play, leave the kid and let him do his job I guarantee u he will excel with time
