Me, living in Siberia. There are waaaay more types of snow... My favorite is may crusted snow. It's when in a shadow some snow hasn't melted even in may, and slow melting makes it very slippery with a hard crust.

as someone from a cold country let me explain powdery-snow is very cold, so it doesn't stick to itself, instead acting more like the name implies a powder wet-snow is a snow that's at or slightly above freezing temperature, it sticks to itself very well and is the one used to make snowmen and snowballs icy-snow is snow that had started to melt at one point but froze over making it hard like ice while still looking like wet snow slush-snow is snow that's partially mixed with a liquid, these usually appear when something like sand or salt prevents water from freezing over completely, or when it rains on snow and yellow-snow happens when fruit under the snow ferment in the insulating snow, leaking their juices into their surroundings. this gives the snow a sweet fruity taste

Here's the run down on snow. Powdery snow: Can't make nothing except snow angles and if you fall you most likely won't get hurt. Wet snow: what you see in most movies can make shown balls snowmen and snow angels and if you fall there is a better chance of getting hurt than powder snow. Ice snow: you can't make anything and if you fall you're screwed. If you fall down a hill you're going straight to the bottom. Slush snow: you fall you get wet and hurt and you can't make nothing. If you try to pick it up it will feel like very watered down cold mud.
