It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! A healthy broccoli soup recipe! A simple and easy dinner recipe!
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 light bulbs.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 stalks of celery.
2 carrots.
Leek.
Mix the vegetables well.
Water 3 glasses / 600 ml.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Mix well.
Cook until vegetables are done.
1 tablespoon soft cheese
Salt
Black pepper.
Cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
3 slices of bread.
Salt
Red pepper.
Dried garlic.
Olive oil.
Mix well.
The soup is ready!
Fry the bread until golden brown!
Grind the soup with a blender.
