To add to yesterday’s comment, it was hearing that familiar Kitchener refrain-“in as to knit, slip; in as to purl, pull-in as to purl, slip; in as to knit, pull” that suddenly made the bind-off click in my mind. Six yards of yarn to pull through each time made for a big tangle until I saw your explanation. Thank you, again, for making it possible for me to complete the afghan before she goes back to school.

This video was a lifesaver for me! I was in a panic not understanding the instuctions provided in the pattern I was using, my first time with brioche. The way you broke down the b/o into concepts and the fact that you went across the entire row repeating the instructions all the way was SOOOO helpful. I can't thank you enough!

B R I L L I A N T Clear concise easy to understand Suggestion: when threading the needle, place the yarn around the needle shaft, squeeze/folding it to create a solid sharp end (eliminating the frayed end), remove needle and feed thru eye.

Suzanne, I am a bit in a pickle. I want to do this bind off, but have been using the Sockmatician’s one pass two color brioche, so all of my stitches have a brioche shawl and I don’t see how to proceed. If I did half a round my knit stitches would have two shawls…..

Would you treat all of the stitch/shawl stitches as a single stitch just like Suzanne was treating the white knit stitches with a blue shawl as 1 stitch? I don't really know the answer, I'm guessing.
