Agreed: the terrace is the "icing on the cake." However, I feel that veranda is the most amazing feature as it can be used year-round. Thank you, as always, for taking us along.

Love this property. The things that I especially like the fact that there are two lifts and the huge Terrace. If I were to buy it, I would have to get a whole new wardrobe. After all it is in Milan.

I am not a modernistic person, nor am I a "'pink person", but I love those pink walls and find myself dreaming about furnishing that apartment! Once more Danilo hit the bullseye with a really special property. It really is amazing to see such a large space, with so many rooms, and with a huge outdoor "garden"" (even an orange tree!) - in the middle of the city. The cherry on top for me, though, was the veranda room - where the modern look melted away into pure charm and light. I could spend a lifetime in that room! I also appreciated seeing something in Milano - I really love the rare occasions when Danilo takes us into the north of Italy, and Milano is such a unique and historical city. Thank you for this treat this week!

The bedrooms display is a little weird, the bathroom near kitchen is most interesting then the others. But the varanda and terrace(and the living room too) are absolutely fantastic! Beautiful place to live.

I love Milan!. Though I had to watch the video twice to really have a good look at the apartment. Danilo has definitely been spending a lot of time at the gym, so I was a little distracted during the first viewing. Love the kitchen and terrace.

Amazing spaces to renovate and make your own, both indoor and outdoors to create a lovely spacious home that wouldn't be claustrophobic as a lot of inner cite homes can be. Milan is gorgeous. So much potential with this one.

OMG! It's huge and I'm not talking about Danilos bicep either. Lol That's about 4500 square feet of indoor space plus over 1000 square feet of terrace. That's way bigger than most family houses! This has got to be in the 10s of millions of euros. The layout seems a little awkward but properly furnished it should be very livable. That kitchen is to die for. The kind of modern Italian design that Americans crave. Bravo, Danilo.

What a spectacular place to live. Love the heated patio with all the windows. That red counter in the kitchen is fabulous. The office with the build in draws would make a great craft room. And last but not least, all the built-in waterbed are so roomy.

I really loved the terrace from which you can see the Madonnina del duomo. It is impressive.

That is a nice place. I never would pick that color cabinets in a kitchen, but honestly, it looks really nice. I think it would be a cheerful place to go in the morning. Then, that terrace area that is closed in by windows all around, dang, I would spend most of my time out there, no matter what the weather. I wish I could see it when someone furnishes it.

As Danilo says, this property has such potential ! So spacious, so bright, so big, so many rooms for different purposes, great private and secure parking in the centre of Milan and a roof terrace to die for, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. Not to mention my favourite designer Philippe Starck and his "Starck 1" collection in bathroom 1. Just a shame somebody had a "pink phase" in this apartment, but in a few hours a good painter will personalise it to your very own taste. Not to forget that stunning stainless steel and red kitchen. This is one VERY special property !!!

The veranda and the terrace are the gems in this spectacular listing. The location also is an appealing factor.

I like the Florence apartments better, but this Milan property has a modern Italian elegance about it. The Florence property had a DaVinci elegance; this Milan property has the fine, supine lines of a Maserati. Certainly Milan over Rome is the fashion center of Italy and Italy's greatest city, much more stylish than Paris. I prefer Milan over Paris. But, you know, Rome, the Romans are so proud of their city, they like to show it off. I have never been so warmly welcomed as I have been in Rome. Oh gosh, I must start learning Italian. I speak English, German, French, Spanish and Polish. Why is it that my heart always lusts for Italy, and not France. And, I do love the French countryside.

Ciao Danilo , This is an absolutely lovely apartment and to have yoru own ability to park in the garage area, and having yoru own entrance means so much to I would think anyone!? . Can imagine it furnished, and with long curtans up, but yet pushed back some in order to look wind swept, and still allowing light in ! Love the idea of laundry and seperate entrace for housekeeping and a place to stay when busy or during the hours they my be busy.. They may also feel moe comfortabl working i without being seen when trying to get ertain things ccompleted? The Varanda is stunning and love the idea being heate! So important! . The Terrace as well. Would hope that if one should like to have refreshemnts on the terrace, My dad has spoken of Milan often! Have never been there mysef, and yet this is an enticing apartment. Plenty of room! So many ideas come to mind for the rooms. Several bedrooms and office space. Everything is grand.'' Large rooms.'' Easy access in kitchen so if you wanted to bake or do some little extra cooking or baking on your own, one could. One could be inspired! The aroma of baked good in the Fall and Winter months, is always so delightfu! Anytime eally but seems in the colder part of the year, it is so nice to come home to knowing you have charm and comfort and the sweet things to come home to, and enjoy , in comfort of home! Think you could have everything mostly one would need, and a few plants outside or on Terrace during Spring/ Summer an dearly Fall, and then the Varanada holding a few longer. Furnished properly this certainly could look so warm and yes, charming. Maybe leaning more toward egorgeous is more like it even!? For people who are working outside thee home, this woul be easier than keeping up lawns and snow blowing etc I feel? Yet you have privacy and an outside feel een in Winter and also the outside tarrace to get fresh air and enjoy!

Thats a huge space! Very nice apartment. If it was up to me I'd paint and brighten up the space. With the right furniture, art and textures the look will be achieved. Otherwise very nice space with great location for people that need to be right in the middle of the action!

I loved the apartment in Milan the modern style The kitchen I liked everything in the kitchen. The entire apartment could be remodeled to have more available rooms and has plenty of space for resting areas. I leave without words the apartment and Danilo is as cute as always. I imagine what it's worth it should be a cherish

I am surprisd that it is not staged. As a huge fan of this channel and by no means a knowledgeable person in italian real estate, i would guess that this property, at this size and location, is probably priced between 6-8M€. It deserves a bit more "love".

Favourite thing: The terrace in the city. To come home from a busy day and see pots of flowers and the shade of trees high above the city rush would be heaven. Some urban dweller with a green thumb will be in heaven.

great video. for me there are several doors that could have been avoided same with some corridors that could have been availed, especially the space behind the sofa. Some designers spend metrage on crossings and streets inside a house as if it were a city. But nice loction, no doubt, If I had the money I had live there
