The final road trip takes Vincenzo and Suzanne to a magical organic farm in Anversa made up of 972 hectares of land which respect original traditions to produce quality ingredients.
Keeping with the theme of simple pleasures Vincenzo cooks up a traditional Abruzzese dish mixing just a few ingredients, including farm fresh eggs, before heading back to where the adventure began, Pescara beach where Vincenzo farewells, friends, family and all the marvellous food - while enjoying it all one last time.
This is the official TV series "Italy Unexplored" directed and produced by my wife Suzanne and I. This travel documentary series won the Best Travel Program of the year at The Taste Awards 2017 and we are very proud to finally have this amazing Italy travel documentary on youtube.

Vincenzo, what a fun and delightfully informative video! Pecorino is my favorite cheese! It was captivating to visit "Cheese Heaven!" My mother made what she called "peas cage e ove" and I haven't had it in 50 years. I had no idea how it was spelled, so I couldn't look it up, but your dish looks like it! I think this is it!!!!! I miss that dish! Thank you for showing us how it's done! Great production from start to finish! TV quality and BEYOND!

Italy is known for many things, like for example: 1. Cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, FIAT), don't forget famous race tracks like Monza, Imola, Mugello 2. Fashion (Armani, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and others), 3. Great food and beverage (pizza, pasta, prosciutto, cheese, coffee, limoncello) 4. Football (Juventus, Roma, Lazio Internazionale, AC Milan) 5. Beautiful landscape and rich history (some dark moments too, unfortunately - Mussolini). 6. The oldest firearms maker in the world - Beretta.

Now I am wondering if Suzanne is dreaming more of cheese after this video.... Vincenzo, you seem to be eating always so delicious food. May I ask you one question: What do you do not to get some extra kilos around your belly? Running? Going to the gym?? I only know that I am always very hungry after having watched your videos!
