QUESTION? How could she have child support increased if he has already hit the cap in Texas? Just wondering, I personally feel it is unjust for people that make THAT much money, to not have to pay more. Maybe, not the same percentage bracket, but I mean come on.... I absolutely would have loved for her to be on my childsupport case. I'm only 18 years Old and my ex-girlfriend was trying to tell the judge that she needed at least $800 a month. I do Uber and I don't even make $800 a month. There's some months where I only gross 2 or 300 bucks. And I only made it about $8000 last year since I was also in school. And I was. Already trying to? Contribute. You know $200 a week? You know paying for my child's diapers and all of that stuff. I would buy informula everything and that wasn't good enough for her and like I said I want to be the best that I can be and I. Was aware? I had a pay something but the fact she was asking for a close with thousand bucks when I don't even make that was ridiculous
