try using a toothbrush and different paint brushes with the chipping medium instead of the sharp metal pokey stick , you've got better control and you can create different wear and scratch patterns that way!

Just a small idea which could be fun on this board is to allow infantry or some unit to fix one titan weapon and shoot with that instead. Something like a squad of marines fixing a gun skips their turn and now the next round you can use that titan gun.

Sharp metal is probably the worst thing for chipping medium! Stiff brush, tooth brush, maybe occasionally a toothpick for scratches as opposed to chips

During the chipping medium stage, I was thinking maybe a wire brush (the ones that are basically a wire toothbrush) might work for these larger pieces...but I don't know if you'd have enough control! Just a thought!

You could use a Dremel with a brush attachment for scraping the paint off....Great Video!

I love incorporating the remnants of the lava flow! Maybe like Pompeii, the Titans were preserved for thousands of years under the lava flow, only being excavated comparatively recently.

Amazing series, really enjoying the build. Now you are getting towards the end, I do not want you to get bored....how about a few discrete LED setups to create a subtle glow in the Titan hulks, where maybe a bit of radioactivity is still present ?

actually re-reading Mechanicum now.. and one point i seem to remember.. Zeth's Magma City was i thought entirely submersed into the lava, intentionally i might add by Zeth to prevent her Akashic reader machine from falling into the hands of her enemies.. she did this as a last resort when she knew defeat was at hand... also, it was Regulus who returned from Horus with the access codes to the forbidden vault..

I cannot say enough about how awesome this board is coming along; and I'm seriously jealous of the people who got to go see it live. Normally I would not criticize such a video, especially since oyu put a lot of effor tinto it. Some of the building pieces lopsided, which makes it look unrealistic... It just appears unlogical for a building to just poke out of a solid rock mountian behind. A collapsed mountian/rockslide looks very different too... If it was purposefully built into amountain, I would think it is more like a bunker, in which case windows make no sense again...
