In my opinion Yeji is one of the most uniquely beautiful girls in kpop. Her eyes are so catlike and alluring. She immediately caught my attention when I first listened to Itzy 🩵

this song is really so wonderful. Icy is their 2nd comeback after debuting and this song has received the most awards out of all their songs. It seems to me that she gives a summery mood even when it shouldn't be.

Something you said, Coach, about people could do more if they put in the work...started me thinking about why so many K-Pop groups are so good. I think it is because K-Pop is an industry where young people who aspire to be entertainers can find training and support for their efforts. If someone can see a path to their dreams they may be more likely to take a shot and put in the work. This is one of the features that makes K-Pop exceptional I think.

Great observation. The pathways do exist, and although the work is hard and certainly the odds are still long that someone will become famous, at least there is a pathway. The infrastructure they have built around training these idols is impressive.

If you want to see Yeji in full seductress mode, look for her artist of the month performance. if you want to be really blown away by their incredible talent, see them live in person.

Always happy to see Itzy. Voltage is an interesting MV and song. Maybe it’s time to jump forward and see their recent epic Born To Be MV or Mr. Vampire for a completely different vibe. If you’re in the mood for some raw choreography performance I recommend It’z Summer Dance Practice. That’s probably too many suggestions but there’s even more! If you watch Chaeryoung dance with her sister who is also a solo artist, it should definitely reinforce your DNA theory. Yeji was my bias from the start for more reasons than just looks, but I still remember her truck scenes from my first watch.

@@CoachCastTV You MIGHT have a problem with Itzy's song/ MV for Voltage because it is a Japanese release and you know how Japan is with Reaction Channels... Even if you can't get a reaction video up on YT for it, it's a GREAT song and BEAUTIFUL MV! It's found on a separate channel called ITZY JAPAN OFFICIAL.

The fact that JYP is home to Twice, and before that Wonder Girls, means that they had the pick of the litter where talent was concerned for their trainees. That is why no matter anyone says, Itzy and Nmixx are two objectively mind-bogglingly talented groups. Itzy is a group where I keep switching my bias. Originally it was Lia, then Chaeryoung, and now Yeji has me in a choke hold!

It would be very hard to pick a bias in ITZY for sure. For Coach, it was Lia, then Yuna, now Yeji...it seems to change every time. LOL

I think you really need to check out the song "pop!" naуеоn (from twice) sometime. this song also gives a summery mood. I think you will like her very much and nayeon will make you fall in love with her with her smile.

Kinda sad, yet endlessly hopeful seeing Lia in there. Be Well Lia! Ryujin first walking along to the intro, love it~ Yeji, bias wrecker that she is for me, sounding and looking so fabulous at 4:04 Yuna and Chaeryeong (I hope I spelled that right) playing a more cheerful side in this one. Still 2 or 3 of my favorite ITZY features that I hope you'll get to! (Depending on what you consider is an ITZY feature.) Won't even bother requesting. Mama-Metal and Papa-Metal will get to it if they can~ EDIT: OOOOOH! My bias Ryujin wearing that "ending fairy" crown! Woohoo! I.. *cough* I mean to say, I found it enjoyable, as a man of culture.

Love the title. My comment on your last Itzy reaction was that noone does hips like Itzy and I weren't kidding. I love the crowns at the end of their choreo because they've been queens since day one!

Although I like a lot of their older stuff, I got to say the latest comeback is my favourite so far. The only bad thing about it is that Lia is on hiatus, but pretty much all of the songs on the new album is a banger. And most of them have videos. You should really check it out! Great reaction as always and I agree fully on the work ethic aspect that you guys were talking about. The only people I can think of that put in the hours like K-pop artists are athletes (and some struggling bands I've known through the years). I think that is what has raised the standard so high for K-pop right now.

I'm Baby Midzy at best, but @Daniel.Karlsson is not wrong. I'm a HUGE fan of Runaway in particular but that's my Ryujin bias showing, probably. *I'm ITZY from Ryujin* -- Ryujin (living rent free in my head since her facial expression changes in Chessire)

Runaway is one of my favorites as well. It is really really good and completely unexpected.@@ErisianThreeFourteen I have this annoying habit of switching biases in ITZY, for some reason. Right now it's Yeji, but both Ryujin and Yuna have been there. I did the same thing with Blackpink, it took me forever to finally realise who it was.

Looks like new york 😂. In their newer late 2023 and newer 2024 mv, there are only 4 members. Its missing 1 member for quite awhile now : lia 😢. Lia- red dress in tennis shoes
