Good Day is so iconic, it did originally hold the record for longest reigning number 1 single on the korea gaon chart for 5 weeks straight, and it held that record for if I'm not mistaken from 2010-2018 till iKon's Love Scenario broke it. The "aigoo" part before she hits the high note is so iconic hilarious.

@@BestFriendsReact its soooo iconic, no one can comprehend it till now XD its like bcs of this song, in 2010 she's straight up shot up to top 4/5 of K-music/kpop ... and she never leave until now (11 years after Good Day) Good Day was released in 2010, but its still get Korean Music Award Grand Prize in early 2012.

OMG, Joeun Nal (good day), the song that made the artist, iconic kpop hit of the past decade per Billboard! I remember it being played everywhere, malls, variety shows and people attempting to do her 3 high notes ‘I’m in my dream …’ at noraebang/KTVs. You are right , it has a sad undertone (one sided love sort of) but an upbeat orchestral tune which makes it hard to deliver well. She didn’t sing this on Dingo since this was from her teenage years (only songs in her 20s were included). The MVs get a lot more cinematic from this point on, becoming more similar to her signature style today. You might notice the musician muse is the same gentleman who plays the train conductor in Lilac! and that Good day dance homage in Lilac! Anyway, loving the journey, excited to keep going with you guys!!

IU has also donated a lot. Officially, more than $20 million has been donated, but if you include it unofficially, it's huge She is the 2nd most donated singer among Korean singers.

OMG, Joeun Nal (Good Day), the song that made the artist, the iconic hit of the past decade in Kpop per Billboard! You’re right, there is a sad connotation to it (one-sided love, sort of) with an upbeat melody that IU once said makes it hard to deliver well. I remember it playing everywhere, malls, on variety shows, and people attempting to do her 3 high notes ‘I’m in my dream !!!’ at a noraebang/KTV. It wasn’t in Dingo Killing Voice because this was recorded in her teens (Dingo had hits in her 20s). You might notice from this point on, her MVs get a lot more sophisticated, almost cinematic which eventually becomes her distinct style (even though she had way less creative input at this point). The gentleman that plays the musician muse is the train conductor in Lilac, Jung Jae-Hyung. Enjoying the journey with you guys!!

Her first big hit!! She actually stopped singing this song for a few years because the "I'm in my dreammmm~~" high note was hurting her throat so much that a doctor said she had to stop singing it often. Last year she finally sang it again on her special episode of You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook, she even bought her original dancers back, it was so cool!! Thanks for the reaction, God bless the 1080p 😂😂😂

In her "Palette" song, she references that she liked her long hair from "Good Day" although she prefers the bobbed hair. She even dresses like she did in this video on the Palette video...including feathers.

Guys, not sure if you noted that bird kind of called her out on age difference of her crush by saying “oppa”, a term of respect for older family or acquaintances. Also, musician featured made a reprise in Lilac as conductor, which most Koreans noticed

Good day wasn't in the dingo performance but you might have heard it from other videos because this song was so popular around the early 2010's. I also think I already heard this the first time I was watching the mv lol

@Bruna Karolina okay sorry, yess correct Nagging is her first hit song, her first song to win music shows and give birth to Perfect All Kill .. but she still unknown at that time .. Good Day is one bring her name the most to people and eventually save her company from bankruptcy .. brought her to put Good Day in her 5 lifetime song for her but your point is right, i forgot abt Nagging, thank you 👍👍

No doubt this song made IU to the topstar, was it 2010 or 2011? Cant remember but definitely this song was the beginning of the Legend, I can say. 1. The trumpet guy, piano guy is the same one in LILAC, who gave IU dumplings 2. Every TV show at that time tried to follow IU, the "I'm in my dream~" part. Was Sensational. She killed it. 3. Think you guys skipped 잔소리, 너랑나, 금요일에 만나요, reactions, which made her even more to the Top Idol, in 2010~2013, just recommendation :)

안타깝게도 이 노래는 Dingo killing voice에는 없습니다. 거기에는 20대 노래만 있고, 그래서 첫 곡은 '하루 끝' 으로 시작합니다. 이 곡은 IU를 최정상 가수로 만든 곡으로 18세(외국나이 17세) 에 부른 곡입니다. 특이하게도 이 시기 MV에 등장하는 IU는 고의적으로 늙어보이게 하는 화장을 했습니다. 이 곡은 후반의 '3단 고음'이 매력있으나, 이후 일본 데뷔 이후 모든 곳에서 '악질적으로' 3단 고음 라이브 (3단 Booster)만을 강요하여 그녀는 목 상태가 많이 망가졌습니다. 콘서트 등의 무대에서 그녀의 상태나 기분에 따라 3단 고음을 들을 수 있으나, 팬으로서 안했으면 하는 바람입니다.
