I think it's awesome to bring the Quizmaster on screen before every quiz tbh. I think most of us audience member folks really like the quizmasters and the banter y'all have. Would be great to get more of the team in front of us since they all seem like they got great personalities.

I feel like you should do a J vs Ben Family Feud style. You could put survey questions out to the patrons relating to all the fandoms SCB covers, then have J and Ben each head up a team with 2 other members from the office and Tyler or your dad can host!

We always get our steps in because of the stairs, and keep our brains stimulated with the riddle and if you can’t solve it, you make friends with the nearest Ravenclaw and solve it together. And we’re almost all introverts, we love the nighttime because we don’t have to socialise. And it matches the aesthetic. Also there are multiple windows. 😡 (This is a joke btw. I do not care this much about windows.)

Riddle question was awesome, but as a riddle nerd growing up, this one jumped out at me immediately. Great riddle though, would love to see more of these.

For the riddle, I came up with the answer "courage". The one who builds it wants to give it to others. The one who buys it can just hire a bodyguard. The one who needs it isn't in the state of mind to understand it.

Apple Pie Ingredients (for 8 servings) PIE DOUGH 2 ½ cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ sticks butter, 1 1/2 sticks, cold, cubed 8 tablespoons ice water, or as needed FILLING 2 ½ lb granny smith apple, cored, sliced, peeled ¾ cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ½ lemon 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon sugar TOPPING 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream Preparation 1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix with fork until combined. 2. Add in cubed butter and break up into flour with a fork. Mixture will still have lumps about the size of small peas. 3. Gradually add the ice water and continue to mix until the dough starts to come together. You may not need all of the water, but if the dough is too dry then add more. The dough should not be very tacky or sticky. 4. Work the dough together with your hands and turn out onto a surface. Work into a ball and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate. 5. Peel the apples, then core and slice. 6. In a bowl, add the sliced apples, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and juice from the lemon. 7. Mix until combined and all apples are coated. Refrigerate. 8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (200°C). 9. On a floured surface, cut the pie dough in half and roll out both halves until round and about ⅛-inch (3 mm) thick. 10. Roll the dough around the rolling pin and unroll onto a pie dish making sure the dough reaches all edges. Trim extra if necessary. 11. Pour in apple filling mixture and pat down. 12. Roll the other half of the dough on top. 13. Trim the extra dough from the edges and pinch the edges to create a crimp. Make sure edges are sealed together. 14. Brush the pie with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sugar. 15. Cut four slits in the top of the pie to create a vent. 16. Bake pie for 50-60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and no greyish or undercooked pastry remains. 17. Allow to cool completely before slicing. 18. Top with ice cream and serve. 19. Enjoy.

On the topic of Albania, the etymological journey to that name is quite the doozy. Scotland is known as Alba in Gaelic, and it was anglicised as Albany when naming the capital city of New York, and then THAT name was romanised as Albania when naming the other country in continental Europe.

You are always so open with how your team is involved, like who does the editing and who makes the quiz and everything that they feel like a really big part even for us watchers, and I for one would like to see them a bit more. Of course if they don't want to be a whole lot on camera that's totally fine, but if they are OK with it then maybe bring them in frame like in this video, or get a second camera set up and get some picture in picture action going (though I guess that also requires a whole lot of set up and extra lights and extra editing, but at least give them their 30 seconds of fame a bit more often if that's something they would like for themselves).

Phahaha J and Ben talking about sticking the glow-in-the-dark-star stickers randomly and clumped in the ceiling reminded me of my childhood and what my sister and I did. My dad bought tons of stickers and was planning to try and arrange them on our bedroom ceiling as closely as possible to what we see in the night sky. But my sister and I didn’t know that, and we were sooooo excited about these glowing stickers. So we opened the packets and just went crazy sticking them everywhere (that we could reach). So our little kid arms couldn’t stretch far enough to cover the whole ceiling. So we just had clumps of stickers above our bunk bed and dresser. Dad was NOT happy at all 🤦🏾‍♀️🤣🤣

Super fun quiz! It was my first time trying one. I went in with a “I’m gonna ace this” attitude and boy I was humbled to say the least😂 Got 8/15 with the multiple choice. I’m a huge potter fan and have been since I was a young kid. It’s nice so many people still love the series as much as I do. Love the videos!
