Now this kit, THIS is a kit that would benefit from a hangar-style base, wether the MS CAGE that was included with the HD color Unicorn release or individually p-bandai, OR the expanded p-bandai base that was released for Thunderbolt FA Gundam. Either would either display the chobham armor side-by-side, or even half-armored.

When I think about how the RX-78 was able to stalemate against the Zeong. I would have liked to see how Amuro could defeat it with the Alex considering both suits use psycommu.

@@FC_mania- None, it's just designed to be able to keep with the reflexes of a Newtype.

Sean G- It wouldn't even have be a fight the NT-1 is superior to the Rx-78-2 and Char barely was able to keep up with it, if Amuro had the NT-1 Char dies in that fight. Also the NT-1 does not have any Psycommu systems, it has a panoramic cockpit and is designed to be able to keep up with the abilities and reflexes of a Newtype.

The rx-78-2 didn’t have psycommu it had a learning computer built in to adjust the suits configurations to facilitate use by the pilot

My nt1 had to have parts of the arm glued so they wouldn’t split open at a slight glance, and it works perfectly. Other then that, this is a good kit.

Did you have any issues with the wrist breaking on this kit?

Both broke on mine. The inner frame material is VERY fragile on mine in general. Not sure if it's the design or I just got a bad copy. All the armor plates are good. Might get another one and try again. Use the first as battle damage practice.

2:58 😱 ... 🤣 6:00 Comparison between 1.0 and 2.0 versions. 10:54 Comparison between 1.0 and 2.0 versions with the Chobam Armor. 13:15 The double bacon cheeseburger 🍔 For fans of _Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War In The Pocket_ , the MG RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex" (Ver 2.0) is definitely the way to go over the original Master Grade. Heck, I'd say if you're a big fan, you should buy 2 sets of this MG. Given how good this MG is with things like the Chobam Armor, face armor (featured only in the BB Senshi version), and including the optional broken v-fin (from the anime), I suspect Bandai intends on doing multiple Premium Bandai releases based on this MG including things like: - MG RX-78AN-01 Gundam AN-01 "Tristan" - MG FA-78-NT-1 Full Armor Gundam ALEX

@@Bobert2020 I am aware there's no MG RX-78AN-01 Gundam AN-01 "Tristan" or MG MG FA-78-NT-1 Full Armor Gundam ALEX. It's been about a year since I posted this comment. So that's more surprising to me that Bandai wouldn't use the opportunity to make a P-Bandai version of those 2 variants.

Oh suuuuuure. I sat on my 1.0 Alex for 2 years, finally build it a month ago, and now there is a 2.0. I'm not building my GP-01fb this summer. I'll hold out cause I know as soon as it gets placed on my shelf a 2.0 version will come out. *Rage quit!* LMAO

Bandai is always retconning design features, before they said that the chobham closed off most of its thrusters, but with this kit it's got hatches to reveal them.

@@paulheap1982 Modelers don't do that often or ever at all. It's a model kit which has special feature which allows you to set it in whichever pose you want after you build it, instead of selling you some fixed pose.

You need to learn how to edit videos, man! Don't do everything in one take, stop the recording and rerecord some parts that you stutter in. Also try and keep your breathing down. Its VERY loud

There's nothing wrong with this video. I like it just the way it is. If you have a problem with his breathing then you can watch somebody else. How can u tell someone to stop breathing lol. Jabman is legit as it comes. Best reviews by far compared to others. I personally dont mind his video quality
