@@CallOneInc An update - the new firmware released today (February 25, 2020 - Version 1.38.0) has resolved the audio/video lag issue I described above :)

@@XSandmannX They do have to be manually paired still. Sadly, the firmware also produced bad audio quality - clipping. I had to revert back to 1.28.0

Hi. You seem to have found a solution to my problem but let me just draw you a picture. A class of 6 students plus a teacher. One student joins a zoom session from home. I want him to to able to hear me as well as the other people in the room very well. The zoom session runs on a pc connected to a TV through an hdmi cable. The speaker is set to the TV (it's louder) and here's my question: Can I connect one Jabra 710 via Bluetooth to my pc and pair it with another Jabra 710 or the master one has to be wired? Sadly the same experience persists for me though. Release version: 1.38.0 Release date: February 25, 2020 Details • Improved: when speaking at the same time, the person using the speakerphone can more easily be heard by the person on the other end • Improved: Linux support for eLux4 • Improved: latency issue when two Jabra Speak 710s are connected • Improved: touch sensitivity for the Answer/end button and Volume down button • Updated: “Recharge battery” voice prompt when there are approximately 15 minutes of battery remaining • Updated: when an A2DP link is open, added an auto pause/suspend on a second A2DP stream • Performance and stability improvements

My volume control works between both, although the Mute button doesn't seem to activate the red ring of lights on the linked 710 - only on the one you press Mute. I opened a ticket with Jabra, though no solution yet. Thanks for the video - although I think the URL only points to a picture when I click it.

Hi Ahmed, the immediate answer is no however, I would like to better understand the use case. The Jabra Speak 710 and new 750 are designed to act a USB/Bluetooth speakerphones compatible with mobile phones and a computer with leading collaboration platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex, RingCentral, 8x8, etc.

The Jabra Speak 710 and newer Speak 750 are designed to connect to a computer running a UC platform like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, 8x8, RingCentral, etc. You can also pair to a mobile device for enhanced audio quality.

Hi Harri Kirik, you know, I haven't tried this and unfortunately, I currently only have one Speak 710 in my home office. I've reached out to my Jabra Tech contacts for an answer for Speak 710's. I have two Speak 750's I will test. They should operate similarly as Speak 710's. Stay tuned!

Hi Joe! These are designed for small groups. One Speak supports up to 6 people. Two Speaks will support up to 12 people seated closely around. What is your use case? Several brands male purpose built speaker phones to support larger groups and room configurations. Only two Speaks can be wirelessly linked.

How about 2x Jabra 510 connected to Jabra Usb Hub with Cable and then the laptop. Could this work?

@@nuryulianto2009 no. Currently computers and UC platforms only recognize one audio input and one audio out device. Even with a USB hub it will not support audio paths from different devices. The Jabra Speak 710, Speak 750, Poly Sync 40 and Sync 60 support wireless daisy chaining.

Hi Mustafa, no. You can only connect two Speak 710s together. May I understand your use case? There may be another solution to support what you are trying to do.
