@@sree9973 Scripted or not , to reach that level of excellence in cooking, ...requires a thorough knowledge of the ingredients, in what proportion and combination they should be used , to produce the tantalizing Malayali cuisine : a familiarity with the handling of the traditional Kerala cooking vessels and implements, the specialized art of hand grinding spices and coconut on an "ammi kallu" ,how to splice and de-husk coconut,to stoke the fire the sequence involved in preparing each and every dish with such confidence, and the variety presented each week for your viewing pleasure ....is clear testimony of her superiority as a top-flight chef. This skill has not been acquired over night. Nami's mother has reached this degree of perfection with consistent practice over the years , mentored maybe by her grandma or her mother , from her teens. And partly it is instinctive. Its an inborn gift. Try recreating ,--- at least some of the things she does, --- some time , and then perhaps you will get my point. Give credit where it is richly due!!!

U don't judge me on how much I can recreate all those things, U don't know me enough.
