Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, an iconic figure in US cultural and political history, was more than just her style and marriages. She was a great American first lady who carefully managed her public image. Jackie's success as the first lady made her a global celebrity, appearing on magazine covers and sought after for her images. Despite her public success, Jackie also faced personal suffering, particularly after the assassinations of her husband, President John F. Kennedy, and her brother-in-law, Bobby Kennedy.
Jackie's younger sister, Lee Radziwill, played a supportive role in her life, especially during her time as the first lady. The relationship between the sisters was complicated, with fierce competition and Lee often feeling overshadowed by Jackie's accomplishments. "

I am grateful to be able to write that around 1980 when I was assistant banquet manager in a famous restaurant in the theater I got to ask Jackie Kennedy if I could pour her some wine. I had heard that she wouldn't speak to people who didn't have the right to speak to her as she wanted to live her life in Manhattan as a private individual. But I was staff so I knew I could approach her. She was beyond beautiful; there was something about her that was ethereal, regal and almost other worldly -- I was happy for all her happinesses and sad for all her sadness -- such an incredible woman!

Jackie was a jewel whose background was perfect for being First Lady. I was a child of 9 when the tragic events of Dallas occurred and I'll never forget the graceful and dignified way she acted during the whole funeral. She literally led us in our grief and was only 33 when it occurred. It was a deep wound that took a long time to heal. I followed her over the years and was truly sad at her early and untimely death. She had every right to be buried next to John at Arlington and indeed belonged there. She was a great figure in American history besides her husband Jack. May they both RIP.

I was in 5th grade when Kennedy was assisinated. I always considered her my role model even though a kid doesn't really understand that. It is a crying shame that the kids nowadays do not have good role models from which to learn. Thank goodness Lee was such a good sister, especially during the trying times. Paparazzi should be dearmed with all public figures carrying mace so if those bas.tards get too close, aim for their face. Another example is Princess Diana and the horror she faced. Beautiful documentary, thank you.

Jackie a "good role model"- what a joke! Can you point to one contribution she made to make your life better?! You're certainly welcomed to recommend Michelle Obama/Hillary/Katie as additional phoney role models for future inane leftists who seriously believe that the higher up a person's social status is, the more admirable he/she is... I bet you trust those characters more than you trust your own neighbors for the simple reason that you know nothing about them! Here is a clue for you to use on your possible, but not probable growing up journey: those "Paparazzi" that you find so objectionable, are actually the ones who feed you the fairy tales you subscribe to regarding your "role model" celebrities (really moronic/socially ambitious materialists in the best case scenario, or degenerate/criminal in the worst), whose pictures accompany some made up story by the bribed lying media you consume mindlessly.... Happy grazing & of course boostering, courtesy of those who lose sleep over your wellbeing....hahaha!

Even on Wikipedia which too many people depend on as reality, there is no mention of the FACT that Anthony Stanislaw Albert Radziwill worked in Chase bank's executive offices in Manhattan around 1980. I know he did! My friend's wife trained him! I don't have the exact year but once his training was done and his identity was revealed to a Victoria Wroblewski at that time, I've never read anything about Anthony and Chase bank. I knew Victoria very well. I still have conversations with her husband quite often. Victoria or "Vickie" as her friends call her is married and she no longer carries the name of "Wroblewski". There are so many important omissions about people that are significant. The most important thing for me is Vickie's descriptions of him at the time that he was a nice, very stylishly dressed gentlemen and well liked.

She was overrated & money oriented. There was nothing „stylish“ in the way she ( with the assistance of Edward Kennedy) treated Aristotle‘s beloved daughter Tina after Ari died. It was Tina who displayed style when she ordered her lawyers to: „ Pay that woman whatever she wants and get her out of my life“ Jackie Kennedy represented most people‘s weakness of adoring rich & famous people whom they wish they could be.

The daughter who gave Jacqueline, the $20 Million was Christina Onassis. Jacqueline and Teddy Kennedy had several top NYC Attorneys fight Christina over that money. Jacqueline got the big settlement because Ari Onassis was deathly ill, and died. Christina despised Jacqueline ( the money hungry Former US First Lady/ with expensive tastes) and paid her the $20 Million to be rid of her. Many books have documented these facts! Jacqueline was not nice and would fuc___ up someone over money. Money had always meant everything to her/Facts!

In Jackie's day a woman was defined by the man that they married. The elite made sure that their offspring mingled and married the right pedigree. Young women were groomed to become the kind of women that arristocratic prominent men could be proud of. After the marriage and a few children these men stray towards women of a lesser pedigree. These debutants are over ratted. Onassis was looking for the perfect woman. Near the end he said you always have to pay for it. Before he died, he told a friend that there is no such thing as the perfect woman. After Robert Kennedy was assassinated, I think that Jackie used this as an opportunity to marry Onassis when that was the original plan. During the funeral Jackie was in a limo with Christine Onassis and her attorney when her attorney negotiated a 26 million dollar settlement when the prenup agreement was 3 million. Did Onassis have something to do with the assination of JFK? Was she holding this over the family? Immediately, people concluded that Oswald killed Kennedy, and later he was killed. The investigation ended very quickly. Jackie made sure that she spent very little time with Onassis, yet made good use of his status, power, and his money. If she really believed that she was a target, why did she travel back and forth. Jackie was an over glorified self entitled debutante who sold herself to the highest bidder. She may even be the perfect black widow. She made sure that doors would always be opened for her. I have no respect for her.

I saw a documentary about Jackie being the killer of John. She had a Gun and she gave John his first bullet. The other two or three shots was from another direction maybe from Oswald. The documents that revealed Jackie to be THE killer was quikly hidden away or destroyd. I watched it a long time ago so I may not remember too many details from the documentary. It is so insane if she killed her own husband. My mom doesn't like her, and she can sense when people have evil intents or is a nasty person even though these people seem all smilyfaced to hide their inner demon.
