The father is definitely a menace. Kathryn, on the other hand had every opportunity to get her children out of the horror, yet she remained silent. Mother could have saved them, but she was too fearful of her own life that she could not speak. The father is the culprit

First of all, you weren't there. Secondly, Joe was a great father to those kids despite what some of them have said, that's called internalizing as a kid when they expect not to be disciplined for doing bad things. Mike and LaToya internalized their discipline not abuse. Because if they were abused there would have been record of abuse and there would have been social services called, especially back then. Joe kept those kids out of trouble and out of the streets, off drugs and out of gangs. Janet spoke of this being the youngest because she realized what Joe's discipline was about and what it meant. And as you have heard, Tito was caught playing his fathers guitar, and Joe bought him his own guitar and thought, that the brothers should form a group, that meant, he saw potential in his kids, not a reason to abuse them. He knew they had talent and he encouraged it.

Ain't nobody like The Jackson 5 it was truly original and funky and cold-blooded and tight like a mother, my question about the Jackson 5, I'm kind of puzzled about, how did they lose the name The Jackson 5 when they already had the name before they got to Motown l that's the part I don't understand how can Motown take somebody's name and they already had it somebody explain that to me
