I remember very clearly JH saying she did not want to be a brand owner- she said she wanted to be “an educator” - this was around the time she had red hair and did that video about what’s in her Micheal Kors bag- she also said she didn’t mind driving a Honda and that she never cared about cars…. Not too long after it was her “dream” to have a GWagon and that she had a photo of one on a board or something.. then she started with “it’s been my dream to own a brand” ….. this lady just says whatever she thinks will get likes and then can’t keep up with her own lies. lol.

I'm going to be VERY honest... I do not give a crap and I do not feel sorry for her. My two cents of why it took a while, I think there was probably some negotiation or offer for Jacklyn to buy the brand from Forma, but for whatever reason didn't work out (ie would cost money and effort). I don't wish anyone ill will, but honestly, the amount of lies and deceptions from her, and her selfish behaviour (I'm still salty about Koze), I don't understand why people trust her opinion or want to support her brands.

Has anyone ever talked about the stolen packaging for the lipticks that launched for the J brand? A fan drew it and then they completley Ghosted him when he DM'd them about it as a concept. I'm not sure how that timeline happened but it was leaked but it was a light leak...and then they took the design and never paid nor credited him. I remember that day- from the beginning, it's been all types of bad.

Just my opinion but it doesn’t seem like she likes to work. It seems like she likes the idea of a business but when it comes to putting in the work of being an owner she just seems lazy. It takes a lot of work to own any type of business but it just doesn’t seem like she wanted to do it. It’s sad that she ripped off the original Koze and that other creator had to do a huge rebrand just for Jacklyn to realize the work is too hard and just close everything down.
