I’m 45 - about to turn 46. Straight Male - and this song is just fantastic. As most people - I’m a huge fan of his father. I’ve seen Jaden in Karate Kid and In Pursuit of Happiness and no other film. Always felt he was talented but unnecessarily disliked out of jealously and unfairly compared to his father (that’s a big shadow to step out of). Have also seen Jaden on chat shows - felt he was humble, polite and well raised - even if slightly unconventionally. Whether you like him or not - there’s no doubt he is talented. The kid dances effortlessly. It’s like he’s gliding on water. If you’ve seen his father dance - you’d know that Will cannot take credit for that. This song is showing an evolution. He is honing his craft. Good for him. He is making the most of the opportunities presented to him. He is constantly growing and creating. I really pray he makes it big! An inspiration to younger kids and a fantastic role model. I’m glad my kids look up to him.

To this day, this performance is my comfort video, my replacement of the suicide hotline, my heart. just means a lot to me and is overall an important video to me. Along with a few others. Whenever I'm crying, my mind moving fast, I'm feeling stuck and dont know what's wrong with me, feeling lost, can't sleep, numb, just frustrated with life. This video right here... never fails to sooth me and helps me sort my head out. Everytime I watch it I replay it so many times.
