Thanks for the review. I am very close to pulling the trigger on this. I had the privilege of seeing this yesterday in the metal and it changed my perception of the brand. The price hikes are, dare I say it, warranted. Jaeger didn’t just raise prices and stick to the old playbook. They raised prices and upped their game . The chronograph looks bigger in gold than steel. Maybe it’s the polishing. Also the shade of blue dial is not a regular blue. It’s almost like an ocean blue. It’s a shade of blue I haven’t seen on a watch. The skeletonization is superb. And the feel of the pushers… words can’t describe how smooth they are. Everything Jaeger is known for shines through in this watch. Size is a bit of an issue, but from a sports watch perspective it fits smaller than a submariner . I don’t say this lightly when I say this is one of the best watches I have ever handled. This is the watch that changed my perception of Jaeger. (Btw the new tourbillon also happened to be in the shop and is otherworldly)

hello. I'm watching your channel from Japan. I've seen the real thing. It's so beautiful, it's more than just a chronograph, it's art. Japanese manufacturers are unlikely to be able to make it. Jaguar is the only manufacturer that does not compete with other watchmakers.

Great video ! Reverso just does not suit my wrist, but it is a watch I absolutely love. Its just amazing to be able to flip the dial and get a whole new look, be it from the lowest end or higher up. Just curious, how much fidgeting (flips) can it actually handle ? 2-5hundred thousand flips ?

I agree with everything. However, I do feel like the hands should have been blue. Seems challenging to tell the time on the skeleton dial

Easily the best release at W & W. Perhaps best-ever Reverso. And a well-considered conversation about it. Bravo. But I have 2 problems with it. On a 16cm wrist it's just too big (long, mostly) although there's as much going on inside the watch and that's why. I might sigh but frankly JLC's over the top recent price increases have made me look away. Those of us who are more enthusiasts than wealthy with piles of disposable money have been given 'the finger'.

Cool watch. I love it. But it is not a combination dress\sports watch. It is a great dress watch with a cool party trick. Lawyers use watches like this to impress clients and the rest of us can use it to pick up quality strippers. But can you really use the thing to time a walk un session, or for swimming? Nobody would. It is too fine, beautiful and delicate. Get the Reverso AND the Polaris. Simple.
