Welcome to Jafffa Adventures where Jill and Terry take off for a half year trip through the remote regions of South Australia and Western Australia on a camping and 4WD odyssey. In this video we continue along the Canning Stock Route between Wells 2 and 5. Come join us!
If West Australia 4WD and off-road tracks, remote camping, and hiking are not on your bucket list, they should be!!
If you like overlanding, if you like remote unspoiled places, if you like 4WD action, if you like camping from your 4x4 then this is the place to be.

Another great video Terry and Jill, the flash back story was great too. Reminds me of my similar childhood. Kids actually got out there and experienced things and didn’t mind the risk, seemed somewhat more adventurous back then. 👍

Thanks Daniel, I’m glad you enjoyed it. To be honest I was debating whether to include it or not as I figured people would find it boring. Cheers👍😎

The yellow shrubs are Acacia aka WATTLE. They are found worldwide and there’s about 1000 varieties in Oz. Cheers and thanks for taking us along. 👍🏻🙏🦘

That was awesome. You do such great commentary. Loved the long drop toilet trailer and especially your short story’s. Would love to see story pt2 (how you ended up in Australia). Anyways as usual 10/10. 👍

Thanks for the kind words mate, that is very kind indeed. We will definitely cover how we ended up in Australia, but here is a bit of background from Jill. We do what we call ‘The Rocking Chair Test’. When we are old(er) and sitting in our rocking chairs, what ‘woulda, shoulda, couldas’ will we have?’ Eg. ‘I wonder what life would be like if….we lived in Australia instead of Canada…’ We applied as Independent Immigrants (which was point based depending on education, ability to speak English, desirability of job field and experience, etc). We were accepted and given six months to arrive. We could have returned to Canada at any time but got great jobs straight away; joined the rural fire brigade (where we met the other JAFFFA’s!); and had our children. We made it our home and absolutely love it here.
