Great series no doubt! If the pacers give the same effort going forward that they gave in game 4, it will be hard for the kicks or anyone else. They have some youth on that team and may have just figured out the effort required. If they duplicate that they are tough for anyone to beat.

Precious is definitely good enough to be a regular rotation piece. And how long of a career do you think Brunson is going to have (see D Rose) under this guy. There is no reason to play Donte 32 minutes when he's only producing 7 points. He should've rested the main guys after the half. It's hard to play a bench when 3 of your starters and your sixth man are all out. I think they are where they are and playing who they have gives them the best chance. I don't want to see Milton and others getting big minutes because we know what that would look like. 4 of our current starters were all bench players before trade and injury. DeVo, Hart, McBride, Harck were all bench players. That's how deep this team was before injuries.

We are down 4 players. 3 of witch where starters. We can add, but should not subtract. 1 thing about all of our guys is they buy in to what the knicks are doing.

@wa798 i mean Randle gets most of his shots on his own. But I get what you're saying. I normally would agree, but whoever it would be would need to believe in the team. Someone who could just plug right in, instead of someone who would change the dynamics of the team. I feel like a lot of our success comes from our team chemistry.

Deja Vu with Thibs & overworking guys during the regular season & excess minutes on shot rotations plus not being a great talent evaluator for constructing a roster

@@wa798 You're right. He broke Rose, Noah, and Boozer in CHI. He broke OG, Randle, Robinson, and a piece of Brunson this season. He ran the Knicks into the ground a couple of seasons ago by refusing to take PG Elfrid Payton out of the starting lineup. He left Grimes in the starting lineup too long, and then traded him away for a cheeseburger, when it was obvious that he was decent coming off the bench (he was key during that win streak right after the acquisition of OG). He took forever to give McBride minutes. He's an overrated coach.....

Knicks are missing THREE starters and another rotation guy. One of those guys is an All Star. The series is 2-2. The Knicks didn't underestimate the Pacers. The Pacers aren't that good. If the Knicks had their team this series is over.

The Knicks scored 14 points in the first quarter against a team with absolutely ZERO DEFENSE and if the missing players are the reason why, the Knicks should just throw in the towel now. Because say they do get past Indy, Boston will have dismember New York. Regardless, the Pacers don’t have ANY DEFENSE at all and the Knicks still couldn’t buy a basket.
