We all see they're being ridiculous and unfair with him so even in the case where he'll do something real fucked up, us outsider will not be very phased by it. If they associate "scandal" to his every normal fucking move, when there'll be an actual scandal we'll completely normalize it. Also it doesn't help that James is actually very smart. People might not know that especially from the ignorant things that he's done but he actually is very smart so he'll always find a way to bounce back. I dont want to be the one defending James Charles but I personally think the tiktok thing is incredibly problematic and homophobic, he made it clear to only duet the tiktok if you were interested, you have to think this through , make the tiktok, make it look nice so it will be selected and then keep leading him on on instagram. James charles is being put on blast for flirting with someone who said was interested in him Most of us have sent or received a dm of someone flirting with us and we don’t bat an eye but somehow this is problematic and terrible. I would compare the situation with what used to happen a while ago in gay bars, straight men would pretend to be gay, lead on gay men and then when they were alone beat them up and insult them for thinking they could find love in a gay bar, somewhere that is supposed to be safe and filtered. Specifically the Prefrontal Cortex- You know, the part of your brain responsible for problem solving, planning and responsibility. We do hold him accountable for any actions but you still have to consider that he's not an exact adult yet, which is why he gets somewhat of a pass on all of this.

I'm indifferent to James Charles but it's so fucked up that these guys are doing this to him. He's just trying to find companionship and romance, it's something most of us want and it hurts when people mess with your feelings like that. I can't even take trying to cancel James seriously anymore. I swear, everything that man does is bad. Like he can call a dog cute and people will be like "oh is he hitting on straight men again" I swear, James seems like one of the sweetest, most happy go lucky people and for some reason people hate him on band wagging hate. @Elliot - it's not much different from the flu. super congested, chest pain, coughing lots. I'm only 19 so i shouldnt have caught it in theory, but i have a weak immune system so i caught it pretty quick when the outbreak here in Washington happened. I'm getting better though, the CDC only recommended for me to go to the hospital if it doesnt improve at all or leads to pneumonia or other respiratory problems,,, still terrifying though tbh

I genuinely feel bad for James Charles. He seems like a really sweet person tbh, just a bit awkward with words sometimes and then it all comes out wrong. I think you can tell he means well but is just really impulsive and then later regrets being so impulsive. I hope he can learn to have a bit of a filter and people can forgive him.
