He's attracted to a person who just happens to be a man, that doesn't make him gay. Even the actor who portrays Penguin (A gay man) says that he doesn't feel that the character is gay because he has feelings for a man, it just means that he has these feelings and the person he has them for happens to be the same sex.

Michelle Michelle Idk what everybody's hangup on this is about. Being homosexual/gay is a completely human trait. Implying that He's not gay he's just human is weird. By definition a man having feelings for another man is homosexual, that's just what it is....If he's not gay what is he?An Asexual or Straight guy who's in love with a man?
