I think Eric July made a fair criticism of how many businesses are run by having shareholders gaining a growing stake and shared ownership in a company that’s started by someone else. It’s an archaic model that’s open to sabotage as time passes, so why would any liberty-minded entrepreneurs think it safe or wise to play into an old corporate model? It’s subjecting one’s capital assets in their business to a cycle of malivestments pushed by investors and bailed out banks who’ve sustained their entire careers atop monetary inflation.

I think this is going to happen everywhere that makes a difference. I wouldn't say people are bought off more like they are activists waiting for their time to shine. For years people have watched James break story after story and you don't think these type companies weren't asking for people to infiltrate Veritas? This is most definitely activists doing damage from the inside. Human resources dept are the place where this will happen in every company. DEI is their means and you can't control their ends because you can't see these people for who they are.

PV destroyed any trust, which was the cornerstone of their brand. No one is going to want to approach them in fear they will just sell them out. James continued to be that trust through everything that happened to him over the years. James is Project Veritas.

According to one recent Google whistleblower, Matthew Tyrmand (one of the board members who ousted O'Keeffe) pitched the idea to the whistleblower of using PV as a corporate attack dog to go after competing businesses under the guise of investigative journalism. PV is finished but O'Keefe will go on.

This is simply a separation between the corrupt and the incorruptible. Btw, given how many high powered enemies O’Keefe has made through exposing their corruption, expecting him (as CEO and founder of PV) to travel with secures transportation - while they SHOULD be providing high security at all times - is fundamental common sense. Yes, it’s expensive, but then the donations he brings in depends of the unique value he consistently brings to the table. In their stupidity - and for potential personal payoffs - the Board and internal staff have now thrown all that value away. But, then, that’s exactly what they got paid the big bucks to do, isn’t it? Project Veritas is dead. Long live James O’Keefe.

I think the black car thing is perfectly reasonable. If you're James O'Keefe do you think it would be reasonable to hop in a regular Uber with Joe Blow who could then sabotage something such as tweeting out where you're going or pictures of who you meet up with? If you're using a black car service then you have that professional anonymity. Using regular Uber is fine for most of the other employees because they aren't the public faces of PV that practically everyone knows.
