Jamun Shots recipe
Jamuns are rich in Vitamin C and iron which further, help increase hemoglobin. Moreover, Jamun leaves help to prevent the bleeding of gums, due to their antibacterial properties. Being rich in antioxidants, iron, and Vitamin A, Jamun prevents premature aging and degenerative eye conditions
Jamun is extremely healthy and it can be eaten any time of the day. However, you should avoid eating Jamun on an empty stomach.
INSTRUCTIONS:
🔸Blend de-seeded jamun, sugar, chat masala black salt, salt and lemon juice to a fine puree.
🔸Add 1/4cup water & blend again. Adjust the quantity of water to form a pouring consistency.
🔸Take 3 shot glasses. Rub the rims of glasses with lemon and dip in Himalayan pink salt.
🔸Pour into the shot glasses and bottoms up!
It is bound to be a party favorite and you can be happy & content about serving your guests something healthy, pretty & delicious all at the same time. Be prepared for lot of compliments from your guests after you serve these exotic shots!
