Rafael broke her heart TWICE both times because he felt insecure. Michael has been there from the start. Michael doesn't mock her religion, or would use his son against her. Michael has never disrespected Alba in her own house, and has had a better relationship with her family than Rafael ever did. Michael rescued Mateo from being kidnapped, and yes, he did lie about Petra's affair and wanted Jane to get an abortion. But he regretted every single one of his actions once he met Mateo and loved him like his own son. So no Jafaelians, Rafael and Jane are not endgame. They did not "fall in love" first. She had a simple crush on him and moved on when he what? Oh right, forgot to call her. Michael will forever be the better husband, father, partner, and all together person for Jane!

This is really really beautifully done! I'm more of a Jane/Rafael shipper, never saw that far into season 3 but I still have seen enough fanvideos to feel like I always was more of a Rafael fan than a Michael fan, but both of them are nice for her, and I saw your tweet excited about how many views this vid of yours had gotten up to years ago, and had to search for it. I wanted to see it. this show is so disgusting to me now. Rafael and Jane were never soulmates. even though in season 1 there was a spark between her and rafael, she still went back to michael. the only reason rafael and jane ended up together was bc michael “died”. this show isn’t showing us what love is, bc if it was michael and jane would have had their happy ending. michael should have never died and jane and him should have ended up together, happy with 3 kids like they wanted. the writers of this show will forever make my blood boil for doing jane and michael like that. it’s easier to pretend they got their happy ending.

Micheal was os much better for Jane. Rafael was always disrespecting Jane and her parenting with Mateo threading to get a lawyer for custody. That is nit the way you act when you love someone. Micheal was always there for Jane and he made ONE mistake about wanting her to have an abortion but he immediately regretted it. Micheal was always respectful to Jane’s family unlike Rafael who never fit in. Not to mention the DOZENS of times Rafael disrespected Jane’s religion and refused to allow he to raise her son in her faith not because he has one but just because he was petty. Micheal was an all around better guy for Jane and never did any of the things Rafe did. The show knew that they had more Jafael shippers so they killed of Micheal Just so that that ship could happen. And even when Micheal came back they made him a much worse version of himself even after gaining his memory back.

Rafael had the AUDACITY to lie about loving her and was "hurt" that she chose michael. Like bruh she was holding his baby and was fighting to be with him, but dumped her because he was insecure instead of properly communicating. Michael and Jane will always be endgame period.

jane and rafael was not the right choice what would happen is theyd be married for a year or so and then theyd get a divorce he was so problematic and they wouldnt last but what jane and michael had would last for eternity the writers made the wrong choice
