@@arai6147 hi, I soaked the rice for 48h and roasted (I have a rotisserie/halogen oven) at lower temp for longer. I think 24h soak + lower temp/longer cook time would have yielded a similar result.

자주 먹던곳이네요 최근 가격이 많이 올라서 자주 못가지만 서오릉에선 꽤 유명한 집입니다 매장가서 먹는거 추천합니다 저 생맥주 메뉴판에는 없어요 양은 300cc 좀 넘는데 전문점 수준으로 맛있습니다 주차장도 바로 앞이라 좋고 꽤 넓습니다 누른 밥이 정말 맛있구요 보기보다 닭이 촉촉합니다 곧 여름인데 고생하시는거 보면 더 맛있게?? 느껴지기도 합니다 일반 튀긴 치킨이나 백숙이 아닌 새로운 치느님을 뵙고 싶다면 강추입니다 아 참 배달도 해주세요

From what I recall of a popular korean cooking youtuber video, the stuffing is sweet rice, cloves of garlic, and dried dates. Never tried the food, so I don't know how it tastes.

사장님이 길가에 포장마차에서 팔때 부터 단골인데 근처 비슷한 컨셉의 카우보이집보다 잘 되셔서 지금은 근방에 큰 가게에서 영업하시더라구요. 지금은 결혼한후 다른곳에 살지만 가끔 그동네 갈때면 사먹는데... 어릴적 아버지가 신호등포장마차에서 통닭사주시던 그맛은 아닌거 같아요.

맞아요ㅠㅠ 어릴때 먹던 그 맛 생각하고 먹는데 그걸 재현하는 경우는 하나두 없더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ 맛이 변한것 보다 기억속에서 맛이 점점 더 미화되서 그런거 아닐까싶어요

맞아요 우리집어르신과 어릴적먹었던 전기구이통닭집가서 다시먹었는데 어르신은 옛날과 똑같다하시는데 전 그맛이 안나더라고요 ...일끝나시고 손잡고 데려가서 한점한점 손으로 발라주시던 기억때문인가...지금은 제가 발라드리지만
