It’s another full week in Hong Kong exploring all the good food and fun things they have here.
I explored Sham Shui Po again, but on the other side where all the cafes are and had a really nice Oat Latte. I also played tourist and explored Tai Kwun, and Central in general. I tried my first Shake Shack burger at IFC (the batman building for all the movie buffs out there)! It wasn't bad but I think I had high expectations from all the hype I hear about it. My mum liked it though.
And if you haven’t seen my YT short yet, I made my own packet of Nissin Instant noodles! That was super fun.
Locations by order of appearance:
►Sausalito: G/F, 201 Tai Nan Street, Sham Shui Po
►Shake shack: Shop 4018, 4/F, IFC, 8 Finance Street, Central
►CitySuper: IFC, 8 Finance St, Central
►Tai Kwun: 10 Hollywood Road, Central
►Cupnoodles Museum: 33 Canton Road Kowloon Hong Kong

I love shake shack! I’ve only had it in NY as I live here but my friend from HK had it there and NY and said it’s not the same. Perhaps the beef is different? Also I never order the shack burger - not a fan of the sauce. Loving all your videos! My daughter and I have to make a trip to HK soon. We came across your quarantine video and it really helped us a lot.

I think Shake Shack is really good compared to other burger chains in the USA where the overall quality of their burgers is very different to the ones you find in Australia. Even at McDonald's in Aus, everything is much more fresh and loaded with vegetables. Chains like Shake Shack and In-and-Out are top tier by American standards but they are honestly nothing remarkable compared to the burger places in Australia - especially the independent stores where they really load your burger up with traditional things like egg and beetroot! Although when I was last in the USA I tried a burger place called Umami Burger and it was really delicious!

Can you do a video teaching simple Chinese language phrases, and explain Mandarin vs Cantonese? Just the basics, like how to order food and "Where is the bathroom?". I am a mess, I have a Japanese wife and Korean kids, tried/failed to learn both languages. Korean is easier. But Chinese sounds so cool I would like to know a bit. Great video! You are so cool -- like my wife you just take on new languages like no big deal. I am from Iowa USA and am no dummy but geez Asian languages are hard to learn!

The burgers are okay.6/10 they contain a lot of fillers. I do like their fries and Onion Rings. You should make a video about eating the noodles you made, You can carefully cut them out of the bag and restuff it with paper then re-seal it. Otherwise, it's just going to rot and possibly expand a rupture and ....gross.
