Zabieg wykonany jako rutynowe czyszczenie. Nie świecą się żadne błędy silnika.

Nice job - I have the same wheels 😊 I did this job on my V70 last year - messy but satisfying. One tip I'd share for cleaning the EGR cooler is Bilt Hamber's degreaser used neat with boiling water and soaked overnight, followed by a good prod with the wire from some armoured cable - that cleared out all the channels completely 😁 I did the intake valves too which was fine until the very last one which when cleaned got stuck open a little bit, but that was okay once I'd blown out the degreaser through the glow plug hole and then started it up and the compression pushed it back into place 😐

Nie ma zadnego pronlemu z odpaleniem. Praktycznie na dotyk odpalił.

Nie niczym nie smarowalem. Moment na wyczucie. Można później dociągnąć sprawdzić jest dostęp. Uszczelki nie smarujesz. Ona nie jest płaska.

Cześć Czy głowice też czyściłeś dolot jeśli tak to czy obracałeś silnikiem żeby syf nie dostał się pod zawory ? Robiłem zabieg czyszczenia ale czyszczenie trwało 6h Check engine wraca po 2-3 dniach chyba faktycznie musi się moczyć dłużej aczkolwiek dolotu nie czyściłem może to być problemem ze jest słaby przepływ i wyrzuca mi błąd ?

Ja nie miałem check engine. Żadnych błędów. Najpierw zatkałem doloty przy samych zaworach zwykłymi ścierkami, później czyściłem. Przedmuchałem powietrzem i na koniec wyciągnąłem te ścierki.

Yes. you can remove the EGR valve yourself. You need to unscrew some screws. If you can do something on the car yourself, you can do it. After removing the valves, they need to be soaked for a long time. it's better to reserve two days for cleaning. There is a lot of soot there and some comes off as it dissolves and rinses away. The fluid does not need to be drained from the system. About 100-200 ml will come out. At the end, just add it.

I just did mine four weeks ago, and I can tell you mine made this one look super-clean. I had around a 12mm build up of carbon on the throttle plate, and a proportional amount on the EGR valve & cooler, swirl flaps and the inlet ports in the head. The latter leading me to decoke the inlet ports too. I did this in-situ, on a cylinder-at-a-time basis, ensuring the appropriate inlet valves were closed as I worked. I blocked the ports I wasn't working on and scraped the others with a feeler gauge before blowing the ports clean with an airline. Be aware though that this is the dirtiest job you will ever do, so get yourself equipped with plenty of large disposable containers, gloves, tissue roll etc., etc. I used acetone (soaking overnight) to clean a lot of the components. Sadly the gear train on my EGR stepper motor (shown at 3:22) had seized, and the cost of a new valve was truly eye-watering. I ended up getting the EGR valve 'coded out' and a mild re-map done on the engine. WOW!!! Search Quantum Tuning if that's something you'd like to pursue. Good luck!

truck cleaner. engine washing liquid diluted with water. two days of soaking and scraping.

Chemia to tenzi truck cleaner rozcieńczony z wodą tak na oko. Inne środki w rodzaju do grilla piekarników działają ale jakoś za słabo. Moczenie w nafcie praktycznie nic nie daje. Szkoda czasu.
