In this episode I go to a Pancake cafe in Hiroshima, Japan. This is not your typical Denny's or IHOP with stacked flapjacks. The Japanese have engineered these pancakes to be as fluffy and delicious as possible, with a wide array of sweets to accompany the 2-3-inch thick pancakes. How do they make them?
